Website: https://mancients.com Email: info@mancients.com Country of registration: Georgia

Our Terms of Use are available at https://mancients.com/terms-of-use.

This Privacy Policy applies only to processing for which we determine the purposes and means. Third-party platforms and services, including app stores, payment providers, advertising networks, and social media platforms, may process personal data under their own privacy policies.

2. Scope and Important Information

This Privacy Policy applies to Lost Ages: Egypt and the related Mancient Games website and support services. It does not apply to unrelated websites, applications, or services that we do not control.

Some data is necessary to operate the Game, maintain game progress, protect the Services, validate purchases, or respond to support requests. If you do not provide or permit the processing of data that is necessary for a particular feature, that feature or part of the Services may not function correctly.

Optional permissions and choices, such as personalized advertising, tracking permission, push notifications, and non-essential website cookies, are voluntary. You may refuse or withdraw them through the relevant consent interface, the Game, your device settings, or by contacting us, subject to applicable law.

3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

When you contact us or submit a privacy request, we may collect your name or nickname, email address, Player ID, platform, device model, operating system, country or region, Game version, the content of your message, screenshots, purchase receipts, and any other information you choose to provide.

If we need to verify a privacy, account, or purchase-related request, we may ask for limited additional information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant player profile and protect it from unauthorized access.

Please do not send passwords, complete payment card information, government identification documents, health information, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it and it is necessary for your request.

3.2 Player Profile and Gameplay Data

The Game may automatically create a pseudonymous player profile even if you do not register with your name or email address. We may process an internal player identifier, authentication and session tokens, account creation and last activity dates, account status, linked platform identifiers where applicable, and records of your privacy preferences.

We may collect gameplay and progression data, including levels started, completed, failed, or abandoned; scores; achievements; stars; rewards; virtual currency; lives; boosters; inventory; event and challenge participation; tutorial progress; session dates and duration; game interactions; feature usage; in-game economy transactions; experiment or configuration groups; and purchase entitlement or restoration status.

3.3 Device, Technical, and Diagnostic Data

We may collect device type, manufacturer and model, operating system and version, app version and build number, device language, country or region, time zone, screen resolution, technical capabilities, network or connection type, IP address, installation identifier, timestamps, session information, crash reports, error logs, loading times, latency, frame rate, and other performance or diagnostic information.

We do not intentionally request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or precise GPS location for the ordinary operation of the Game. We may infer an approximate country or region from an IP address or store information.

3.4 Advertising and Attribution Data

Depending on your device, region, permissions, and privacy choices, we may collect or receive an Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android App Set ID, Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), installation or device identifiers, campaign and advertisement identifiers, advertisement views and interactions, attributed installation source, conversion and purchase events, approximate location, consent status, and fraud-prevention signals.

Advertising identifiers may be unavailable or restricted when you deny tracking permission, reset or disable an advertising identifier, select non-personalized advertising, or when applicable law limits their use.

3.5 Push Notification Data

If you enable push notifications, we and our provider may process a device push token, Player ID or installation ID, device type, app version, language, time zone, notification preferences, and information about delivery, opening, or interaction with notifications.

3.6 Purchase Information

In-app purchases are processed by the app store through which you obtained the Game. We may receive product identifiers, transaction or receipt identifiers, purchase date, price and currency, country or storefront, purchase validation status, refund or cancellation status, and information needed to provide or restore purchased content.

We do not receive or store your complete payment card number, bank account credentials, or app store password.

3.7 Website Data

When you visit https://mancients.com, we and Squarespace may process IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, approximate region, referring website, cookie identifiers, and information submitted through forms.

The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security and operation. Analytics, preference, or marketing cookies will be used only as configured and, where required, after consent.

3.8 Information From Third Parties

We may receive data from Apple, Google, Huawei, advertising and attribution partners, authentication providers, and other technology providers. This may include purchase confirmations, platform identifiers, campaign information, attribution data, advertising interactions, conversion events, fraud signals, and technical information, depending on the provider and your settings.

4. How and Why We Use Personal Data

4.1 Providing and Operating the Services

We use personal data to create and maintain player profiles; save and synchronize progress; provide levels, rewards, virtual currency, items, events, and other features; maintain the in-game economy; localize the Services; operate cloud saving; recover eligible progress; and provide the Services requested by you.

4.2 Purchases

We use transaction information to validate and fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, restore eligible purchases, investigate failed or fraudulent transactions, respond to purchase-related support requests, and comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

4.3 Player Support

We use information to answer questions, investigate technical or gameplay issues, identify the relevant player profile, restore eligible purchases or progress, investigate advertising problems, protect player accounts, and communicate the outcome of support requests.

4.4 Analytics and Improvement

We use gameplay, device, technical, and diagnostic information to understand how the Game is used; measure engagement and retention; identify difficult or malfunctioning levels; analyze the game economy; detect crashes and errors; improve performance; design and test features; perform A/B tests; balance gameplay; and optimize the Services for different devices.

4.5 Personalization

We may use gameplay and profile data to adapt tutorials, messages, events, features, offers, difficulty, and other content. We do not use personal data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

4.6 Advertising and Measurement

We may use data to display contextual or, where permitted, personalized advertising; measure advertising campaign performance; attribute installations and in-app events; limit advertisement frequency; detect invalid traffic and advertising fraud; and produce aggregated marketing reports.

4.7 Notifications and Communications

We may send service messages, game updates, event reminders, reward notifications, security notices, purchase-related communications, and other notifications you have enabled.

4.8 Security and Enforcement

We use data to protect the Game and our systems; detect and prevent fraud, cheating, bots, abuse, unauthorized modifications, suspicious purchases, and unauthorized access; enforce our Terms of Use; protect users and third parties; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4.9 Legal and Business Purposes

We may process data to comply with applicable law and lawful requests, maintain records, respond to regulators and authorities, conduct audits, manage business transactions, and protect the vital interests of a person where necessary.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the laws of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Georgia, Brazil, the Philippines, or another jurisdiction require us to identify a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

Performance of a contract. Processing necessary to provide the Game and requested Services, maintain your profile and progress, fulfill purchases, provide support, and enforce applicable terms.

Legitimate interests. Processing necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Game, understanding performance, maintaining security, preventing fraud and cheating, debugging, measuring non-personalized marketing performance, and protecting our legal rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Consent. Processing based on your consent, including personalized advertising, tracking, access to certain device identifiers, optional analytics technologies, non-essential website cookies, and other optional processing presented to you. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Legal obligation. Processing necessary to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, privacy, law-enforcement, and other legal requirements.

Vital interests. Processing necessary in exceptional circumstances to protect a person's life or physical safety.

6. Advertising, Attribution, Analytics, and Tracking

The Game may display advertisements and use measurement technologies. Advertisements may be contextual, based on general factors such as the Game, language, or approximate region, or personalized, based on device identifiers, app activity, inferred interests, or information held by advertising partners.

Where required, we will request consent before personalized advertising or tracking. On Apple devices, we will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the IDFA or tracking activity across apps and websites owned by other companies, where required.

Our current mobile measurement and attribution provider is AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer helps us understand how users discover and install the Game, measure advertising campaign performance, attribute installations and in-app events, and detect fraud.

Advertisements in the Game, including rewarded advertisements, are delivered through Google AdMob. That provider processes device and advertising identifiers, advertisement interactions, and related technical information under its own privacy policy in order to select, deliver, and measure advertisements.

If we replace or add an advertising, attribution, or analytics provider, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when the replacement begins processing personal data.

Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. You may continue to receive contextual or non-personalized advertisements.

We do not sell personal data in exchange for money. Certain disclosures of identifiers, internet or app activity, approximate location, advertising interactions, or inferred interests to advertising partners may nevertheless be considered a "sale", "sharing", or use for "targeted advertising" under some United States privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through the in-game privacy settings, where available, the relevant consent interface, or by contacting us at info@mancients.com.

7. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging, provided by Google, to deliver push notifications. You may disable push notifications through your device settings at any time. Disabling push notifications does not affect important notices displayed within the Game.

Where required by law, we will obtain any necessary consent before using notification-related data for optional analytics or marketing purposes.

8. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple, Google, Huawei, or another app marketplace through which you obtained the Game. Those providers process payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use limited transaction and receipt information to verify purchases, provide purchased content, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and restore eligible purchases.

Refunds are generally administered by the relevant app store. Deleting the Game or requesting deletion of a player profile does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store. Any subscription must be managed through the relevant store account.

9. How We Share Personal Data

We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients:

Service providers. Cloud hosting, backend, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, push notification, customer support, website hosting, email, security, fraud-prevention, legal, accounting, and other vendors that help us operate the Services.

App stores and platform providers. Apple, Google, Huawei, and other marketplaces for distribution, purchase validation, refunds, restoration, platform functionality, analytics, authentication where enabled, and fraud prevention.

Advertising and measurement partners. Advertising networks, mediation platforms, demand partners, attribution providers, and fraud-prevention providers, where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements.

Authorities and legal recipients. Courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, professional advisers, and other recipients where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or handle legal claims.

Business transaction recipients. Potential or actual buyers, investors, lenders, advisers, or successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, insolvency, sale of assets, or transfer of the Game or business.

At your direction. Other recipients when you direct us to disclose data or provide valid consent.

10. Current Technology and Service Providers

We use the following core providers, depending on our configuration, your platform, your region, and your choices:

Microsoft PlayFab and Microsoft Azure — player identifiers, authentication, cloud profiles, progress, inventory, virtual currency, gameplay events, purchase validation records, backend infrastructure, security, and data export or deletion workflows.

GameAnalytics — product and gameplay analytics, including level progression, session, funnel, retention, and in-game economy events.

Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting, error logs, and stability diagnostics.

AppsFlyer — mobile attribution, campaign measurement, installation and conversion tracking, and fraud prevention.

Google AdMob — delivery, targeting, frequency capping, and measurement of advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notification tokens, delivery, and notification engagement information.

Unity Technologies — technology used to build and operate the Game. If Unity analytics, diagnostics, remote configuration, advertising, or other Unity services are enabled in the released version, those services may process device, technical, crash, analytics, or advertising data.

Apple, Google, and Huawei — app distribution, platform functionality, purchase processing and validation, store analytics, authentication where enabled, and fraud prevention.

Squarespace — website hosting, website security, forms, essential cookies, and website analytics where enabled.

Some providers act as processors or service providers on our instructions. Others, such as app stores and certain advertising partners, may act as independent controllers for some processing under their own privacy policies.

We keep this list current. If we add or replace a provider that processes personal data, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when that processing begins.

11. International Data Transfers

We and our providers operate internationally. Personal data may be processed in Georgia, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other countries in which our providers maintain infrastructure or personnel.

These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, contractual and technical protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

You may contact us for additional information about the safeguards applicable to a transfer of your personal data.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.

The retention period depends on the type of data and the reason it is processed. In general:

  • player profile and gameplay data are retained while the profile remains active and until the data is deleted, anonymized, or no longer needed for the Services;

  • purchase, tax, and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law;

  • support and privacy request records are retained for as long as necessary to resolve the request, demonstrate compliance, prevent abuse, and manage legal claims;

  • technical, security, fraud, attribution, and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to their purpose;

  • consent records are retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate your choices;

  • backup copies remain until they are securely overwritten or expire under the relevant backup schedule.

We may retain limited data for longer where necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect security, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where possible, data retained for statistical or analytical purposes will be aggregated or deidentified.

13. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, platform, and Game version, you may be able to:

  • accept or reject personalized advertising;

  • withdraw consent;

  • limit or disable tracking;

  • reset or restrict your advertising identifier;

  • disable push notifications;

  • change website cookie preferences;

  • request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data;

  • object to or restrict certain processing;

  • request a portable copy of certain data.

You may manage device-level permissions through iOS, Android, or Huawei settings. Where the Game provides in-game privacy settings, you may also manage your choices there. In every case, you may exercise these choices by contacting us at info@mancients.com or through https://mancients.com/data-request.

Deleting the Game from your device does not automatically delete data stored on our servers.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to know whether we process your personal data; access it; receive information about its sources, uses, and recipients; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive certain data in a portable format; opt out of targeted advertising or sale or sharing; appeal a refusal to act; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. To exercise a right, contact info@mancients.com or use https://mancients.com/data-request. Please identify the right you wish to exercise and provide your Player ID, platform, and enough information for us to identify the relevant data.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity, protect player data, and prevent fraudulent requests. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

  • Georgia — the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (https://personaldata.ge), or a court.

  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland — the competent data protection authority in your country of residence or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.

  • Philippines — the National Privacy Commission (https://privacy.gov.ph).

  • Brazil — the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).

15. Deleting Your Player Profile and Data

You may request deletion by using an in-game deletion option, where available; visiting https://mancients.com/data-request; or emailing info@mancients.com.

Deletion may permanently remove saved progress, level history, achievements, virtual currency, boosters, virtual items, event participation, game configuration, and other data linked to the player profile. Deletion is generally irreversible, and deleted progress or virtual items may not be restored.

We may retain limited information where necessary for financial records, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, records of the request, or legal claims. Data in backups may remain until the backups are overwritten under the applicable schedule.

After deletion, reinstalling or reopening the Game may create a new player profile.

16. Children's Privacy

The Services are designed for an adult audience. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not market them to children. Where local law sets a higher age for independent consent to online services, that higher age applies.

If you are below the applicable age, you should use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian and where permitted by law.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable age in violation of law, knowingly sell or share the personal data of users under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising, or knowingly serve personalized advertising to children where prohibited.

If we learn that personal data was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict it. A parent or guardian may contact info@mancients.com regarding a child's data.

17. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, contractual, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, unlawful use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, logging, monitoring, restricted access, vendor agreements, security reviews, and incident response procedures.

No system or method of transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not share your Player ID, purchase receipts, account information, or other security information publicly.

18. Additional Information for United States Residents

This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws.

We collect these categories from you, your device, the Game, app stores, and advertising or technology partners. We use them for the purposes described in Section 4 and disclose them to the recipient categories described in Section 9.

We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosures of identifiers, app activity, approximate location, advertisement interactions, or inferences to advertising partners may be considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through in-game privacy settings, the relevant consent interface, or by contacting us.

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of sale or sharing, appeal a decision, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. We do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of consumers under 16.

We do not intentionally collect or use sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

The legal bases we rely on under Article 7 and Article 11 of the LGPD correspond to those described in Section 5, in particular execution of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, and the regular exercise of rights in proceedings.

Under Article 18 of the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing; access to your data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed unlawfully; data portability; deletion of data processed with consent; information about public and private entities with which we have shared your data; information about the possibility of refusing consent and the consequences of refusal; and withdrawal of consent.

21. Third-Party Services and Links
